Why are the doors on my Kia Soul not locking?

I have a 2010 Soul and the electric locks will not engage. When I attempt to lock the doors with either the key fob or the armrest switches I can hear a faint clicking from somewhere behind the fuse box but the locks do not engage.

EDIT EDIT: Actually, check that fuse and the “ROOM LP” one right next to it, also in the power connector. Richard was right with the 20 amp fuse but missed the twin relay for lock and unlock I think it will be located behind fuse the relay is called PCB twin.
