How can you tell if a fuse is blown on a Harley Davidson?
You can check to see if the fuse is blown without removal by using a digital volt ohm meter. Connect both probes to each side of the fuse. If continuity is present, the fuse is good. A blown fuse does not necessarily mean there’s a short present. Sometimes fuses wear or break because of vibration.
