The pressure screw is at the back of the pump and has a cover over it. Do not turn it 1/2 a turn straight up or you could blow something, likely an injector. Turn a max of 1/8th, but 1/16th is better to start with.

Why is my injection pump on my patrol leaking?
My injection pump on my 1991 TD 4.2 Safari (Patrol) has started to leak. Just discovered the leak while changing the oil. Looks like its coming from the timing adjustment plate but am not sure. I will have to take it in to a local diesel fuel injection place and may have them just rebuild the whole pump.
