Why is my injection pump on my patrol leaking?

My injection pump on my 1991 TD 4.2 Safari (Patrol) has started to leak. Just discovered the leak while changing the oil. Looks like its coming from the timing adjustment plate but am not sure. I will have to take it in to a local diesel fuel injection place and may have them just rebuild the whole pump.
