Where is Gwyndolin located?

The Dark Sun Gwyndolin is one of the Bosses found in Dark Souls. This optoinal Boss can be found in Anodr Londo. To gain entrance you either need the dark moon seance ring from the catacombs or you can kill Gwyneverre. If you kill Gwynevere you can just warp straight to the dark moon tomb to challenge Gwyndolin.

Should you fight Dark Sun Gwyndolin?
Killing Gwyndolin will place a permanent sin upon you, and you can be constantly invaded by Blade of the Dark Moon members (when human and online). The fire keeper at the first bonfire in Anor Londo will become hostile after you have defeated Gwyndolin. She will drop a Fire Keeper Soul when killed, so it’s worth it.

It’s magic damage, even when fully upgraded, is too low to be considered useful, it’s arguably worsened by the split damage, and the only way to get any real damage is with the Moonlight Arrows.
