Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) is a heavy rail rapid transit system in the San Francisco Bay Area in California, United States. 6 stations are in San Mateo County and 2 are in Santa Clara County; those counties are not part the BART special district, but contribute to operations funding.
Does Muni transfer to BART?
You are eligible for two free rides on the 14R, 28, 54 and 57 Muni routes when transferring from the Daly City BART Station and paying your fare using Clipper. You must also tag your Clipper card upon boarding Muni for proof of payment.
What is BART timed transfer?
Timed transfers are when the trains are timed to arrive at the station at the same time so no additional waiting is required to do a transfer. This allows transferring passengers to simply walk off one train and onto a different one located across the platform.
Can you transfer from BART to Caltrain?

Are there any shuttles at the BART station?
