When to change spark plugs on Mazda 3?
Hello Mazda world. My 3 is at about 38000 and have not changed the spark plugs yet. Not sure when I should either. I have the CS SRI and the CS exhaust with raepipe. Those are the only mods to the engine. First question is when should you change the plugs? Second question is what are the best plugs for our cars.

Iam considering didnt get them yet , the NGK 91276 LTR6AHX Ruthenium HX Plug is PSPE, heat rating (6) and if you check the site its also for use in MX5 Miata MZR 2.0L which come with a higher compression engine. Well these are ‘racing’ plugs after all.
Is it OK to change spark plugs at 75k?
Heavily modified, it probably wouldn’t hurt, the speeds aren’t known for doing very well on spark plugs when modified for whatever reason in the first place, completely stock though 75k should be more than fine.
