When are USC immunizations due?
The deadline to complete all immunization requirements for the semester is September 10, 2021. Incomplete immunizations will result in a late fee and registration hold.
Does USC require vaccinations?
USC is requiring all students, faculty and staff to submit proof of vaccination for COVID-19 in order to access campus facilities for the fall semester. Your safety is our top priority. You must receive the COVID-19 vaccine or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.
How do you get a vaccine at USC?
All current USC students (and May graduates), all USC faculty, and university staff are eligible for vaccinations. Walk-ins without appointments are accepted between the hours of 9 AM – 2 PM during vaccine clinic days. COVID-19 vaccines are provided a no cost to current students, faculty, and staff.
Which vaccines are required for university?
Typically, the following vaccinations are recommended for college:
- Measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR)
- Human papillomavirus (HPV)
- Meningococcal.
- Influenza.
- COVID-19.
How can I get my titers checked?
Sign in at the electronic kiosk to see a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. * Your practitioner will review your medical and vaccination history, discuss any symptoms you may have, conduct an examination as needed and provide a personalized treatment plan which may include titer testing.
Do you have to wear a mask at USC football games?
All guests 12 years of age and older are required to provide proof of full vaccination OR a negative test result within 72 hours of game day to enter the stadium. All guests, regardless of vaccination status, will be required to wear a mask once inside the stadium unless actively eating or drinking.
Is HPV required for college?
Two doses of the HPV vaccine, 6 to 12 months apart, are recommended at age 11 or 12. If your student didn’t have the vaccines earlier, doing so for college is a must. Note that those who started the series after age 15 need three doses rather than two.
