What kind of motorcycle is the Bandit 1250?
I recently picked up a brand new, zero-miles, 2007 Bandit 1250S. I considered the Triumph Tiger, but I used to ride a B1200 and put 40K miles on that, so I guess I was predisposed towards the Bandit.
Why is my Bandit 1250 not fueling properly?
The thing with this system is that it is just an inherent problem with the dual valve injection system and the fact that this engine makes a ton of torque down low, so the problem will never go away completely. But you can tune it out and use good throttle discipline to make the issue nearly non-existent.

What’s the difference between Suzuki Bandit 1250 and 1250?
To keep costs down, Suzuki stuck with a steel cradle chassis on the Bandit 1250. However while the frame’s walls had the same thickness as before, their diameter was 4mm larger to increase stiffness by a claimed 10%.
Can You upshift from 2nd to 4th gear?
I take it out, and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. 2nd to 3rd, 3rd to 4th is problem. If you can hit 4th the rest is OK. Downshift no problem. Clutch works fine. Have to hit shifter really hard with boot to get it into 3rd gear from 2nd. Help. Any thoughts? I assume this is a warranty issue, but it’s a long time til Monday or Tuesday…
When did the Suzuki Bandit 1200 come out?
Suzuki’s air-cooled Bandit 1200 was a hugely popular model and attracted a strong fan base. However times change and with tightening emissions laws, in 2007 Suzuki released a brand new water-cooled big-capacity Bandit model.
Is the GSF1250 Bandit a good bike?
A shabby Bandit is, sadly, an all too common sight. While this doesn’t bother the bike in terms of reliability, visually it makes it look a dog. And any plated areas are also quick to corrode if not kept spotlessly clean and treated to an anti-rust protection regularly.
Suzuki had the awesome idea of taking the GSX-R1100 engine, enlarge it, tune it a little bit, and obtain the basis of a sport-tourer. The result was released in January 1996 and it was called Suzuki Bandit 1200. The new addition was much alike the 600 cc version but it new how to individualize itself in the Bandit Series.
Is the fuel injection normal on a Bandit 1250?
But the fuel injection on the 1250 has me a bit concerned, because it’s perceptibly snatchier at the bottom of the throttle than the old carbureted B1200, or my fuel-injected Triumph Sprint ST 1050. Is this normal for the B1250? Thanks in advance for the feedback.
When did the Suzuki 1250 bandit come out?
Since 2007, Suzuki made that imaginary gear reality and I was happy to cruise on the highway as 60mph come up at a very relaxed 3500rpm. Being fitted with a six speed transmission, the 1250 Bandit feels more capable and comfortable, making the rider feel more in control, and it actually is.
What’s the difference in my holeshot Bandit 1250?
What a difference in my Bandit 1250 with your Supertune Pro tuner set up, I’m in love. This is what the gsxf should be like from the factory. Nice mild riding when you want it with plenty of controllable torque for two up riding, but twist the grip and get some power sliding action through the twisties when I’m out for a play.

Is the fuel injection on a Suzuki Bandit good?
There’s almost no vibration. The fuel injection is smooth and stable, and the bike is ready to run as soon as you start it – any of you who remember having to mess with the choke on cold mornings will fall in love with this machine.
