What kind of lifter does a Harley Davidson have?
I have a 2014 Ultra Limited with a Stage 4 Race kit. All Screamin Eagle parts. 259 cams, Screamin Eagle Lifters, adjustable pushrods, Cylinder heads, forged pistons. Since day one I have had a rocker noise on the front cylinder I installed the rocker locker I made. I have a mechanic stethoscope and only hear the tick on the top end.
What makes the lifter noise on a Harley Davidson?
The lifter blocks are quite I hear noise on both cylinders but the front is loader.. I have removed the rocker blocks twice and dont see any thing that sticks out.. The rocker is tight in the stand and the shaft is tight.. Has anyone else have this issue and what have you done..
