Why did my SDI battery go dead after 60 miles?

His problem is that after about 60 miles of riding his battery goes dead, and then so goes the sled as the SDI cannot live without 12 volts. The first dealer felt it was a bad battery and replaced it, guess what? 60 miles later, dead. The second dealer can’t find anything wrong, it’s back there now for the second time.
