Thew SSCB is bad. I ran 12v directly to the White/red (or visa-versa) wire in the wiring block and turned the key and it started. Good idea it was to buy a repair manual. Thanks for all of your help!

Kill switch is on left side of handle bars. May have accidentally moved it with ur thumb. yep that was it boy do i feel stupid had plastic off looking at fuses ect must be the cold and snow here in michigan brain don’t work in minus temps LOL thanks for the help.
