1998 Honda CR500AF aluminum frame conversion. This is actually a 1986 CR500 engine stuffed into a 1998 CR250R frame and components. Bike works great and runs as it should. The engine and drivetrain match up well and everything works correctly. The bike includes a nice Pro Circuit full exhaust system as well as new back tire.

What kind of motor does a Honda cr500af have?
2009 Honda CR500AF.. A 09 CRF450R frame conversion by M Works (Mike Westbrook), motor is a 93 Cr500, new crank, bearings, seals, new vertex piston 1.0 over bore, completely rebuilt, new oem clutch with pro circuit clutch springs.

Is the Honda CR500 case CNC machined?
The cases are CNC-machined and are matched for proper alignment. According to AJ business is wide-open. His CR500 conversion uses a 2017 chassis; AJ says he’s working on a 2020 conversion and hopes to have one a little later in the year for us to test.
