Very much a Fazer for the next generation, the Tracer 900 makes for a brilliant do-it-all bike that remains excellent value for money in the used market as well as bags of fun to ride. If you want a bargain sports tourer, the Tracer 900 is well worth considering.

How good is the MT 09?
The MT-09 has always been well-balanced, great on smooth roads but hobbled by cheap, crude suspension when the going gets faster and bumpier. On a track day, chasing perfect apexes, you might wish for faster turn-in, a bit more precision to exactly where you put your front wheel, but on the road, it works just fine.

Is the Yamaha MT09 inline three a good bike?
The closest bike to perfection. I have owned a 2018 Yamaha MT09 for 6 months. I have ridden this bike more then any other bike I have owned. The inline three has enough power for the streets as well as highway speeds and up against trucks there are no issues as the bike holds its ground.
