Fuel is Chevron premium ethanol free mixed 50:1 with Motorex premix. The fuel was leftover in the tank from a GP the week before during which the bike ran great. Now the bike won’t start.
How big is the fuel tank on a KTM 500exc?

Are there any issues with 2012 KTM fuel injected bikes?
Apparently, some issues with clogged injectors arose with those models. For 2012, all fuel injected bikes now also have a secondary inline fuel filter. So far, it appears that the inline fuel filter may be the cause of more issues, rather than the cure. The 10 micron membrane is so small that it is very prone to clogging.
