Can you grill Oumph?
You can either go for The Chunk or the Oumph! Mince, which are unseasoned, and make a marinade yourself, or you can grill the seasoned Oumph! varieties, such as Kebab Spiced, Thyme & Garlic and Pulled Oumph! Burger can be grilled as it is, or you spice it up with an awesome BBQ glaze.
Can you microwave Oumph?
Fry in olive oil for about 3 minutes. If you use the Oumph! For a shorter cooking time the balls can be preheated in a microwave (800 W) for 1 minute. Thereafter cook them in an oiled pan for 3-4 minutes.
What does Oumph taste like?
It had a nice amount of salt and wasn’t too salty. It has a similar, chewyish texture to chicken, and also soft. Chicken can be chewier. This tasted really nice with basmati rice and ketchup.
