3.- take out the two hoses. 7.- then assembled all by inverted steps and fill up the tank with a new GM antifreeze coolant (no water mixed) just pure coolant (1,4 liters). I used this coolant from dealer. it is cheap.

Why does my Saab 9-3 leak coolant when it is running?
My Saab 9-3 gushes out coolant when I park it. Doesn’t seem to have any dribbly little leaks either when it is running or parked (but I’m not very observant). Doesn’t overheat. Dashboard says “Fill coolant”. The reservoir is empty.

I decided to take a deeper look, took the intake off and of course which only allowed me to get a endscope camera under the intake and sure enough I had coolant pooled in all the pools on the top of the block. So then I inspected further and noticed that the I had small drop of coolant coming from the reserve tank on the hose above the turbo.

I fill it to the “cold” line. I drive it till it warms up, and then park it. Coolant gushes out of the top of the reservoir. Repeat cycle.
