After conectiong my phone to the ECU I have found my civic will warm up from 10 to 50 Degrees C in 3 minutes as long as the revs are at 2000rmp or less. If I take the revs to 3000 the temperature can go from 70 to 50-40 in 30 seconds. I have changed the thermostat and checked levels etc. but I have not yet resolved the issue.
