I pulled the rail off today and noticed on the inlet side of the fuel rail, pretty much all of the fuel had drained back, Then pulled the return line off the fuel regulator and there was fuel and a little bit of pressure. Some air and fuel came out, had to block it off.

How does oil drain out of a Harley Davidson tank?
The checkball in the oil pump has probly failed allowing the oil in the tank to drain into the crank case. I had a softtail would do the same thing. If you have kick start you may be able to kick it over slowly and gently. Oil will pump out of the crankcase vent hose . Schmidty probly knows a better way.
