How do I get a refund from defy?
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: 928 N.
How much is a defy summer pass?
With this year’s Summer Pass, for $59 you will be eligible for 2 hours of jump time every single day! This 2 hours can be used on weekdays, weekends or holidays… no black out dates!
Do you have to wear a mask at defy apex?
Is it safe for me and my family to jump at DEFY? The health and safety of our Guests and Team Members remains our top priority. All Team Members required to wear a face covering/mask and gloves (gloves are changed regularly in accordance with recommended guidance from governmental health authorities).

Does DEFY have an age limit? All ages are welcome at DEFY! However, for your child’s safety, some of our more extreme attractions are reserved for ages 7 and up.
