How is customer service at mTEC Brake Company?
The disks are really nice. Get the treatment, it will protect the disks from rust. The silver looks great. They seem to be well made and well packaged. Their customer service was brilliant. I phoned them twice, for advice and a problem, and both times they were brilliant, couldn’t be more helpful.
Do you think mTEC brake pads are good?
They’re good quality, arguably better than some of the OEM manufacturers with whom I’ve had some seriously bad experiences. I got the option with Mintex pads as I’ve always used Mintex. Look good, brakes extremely well and all at a reasonable price. Keep it up MTEC. Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a positive review.
What to do if your mTEC brake disc is defective?
If you are keen to help me, organise the return of your discs by a vector you trust. You haven’t offered nothing to me, apart spend more of my money to show you that your discs are warped. If your product is defective, you have to take care of the expenses related to swap them. After you received the disc you can refund the cost of them.
Are there any bad reviews of mTEC brakes?
Poor quality brakes, simply refuse to help when you inform on them about the quality and when they warp within 20 miles, save your time and momey and buy oem or quality brakes Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review although we are sorry to hear you are not entirely happy with your purchase.
What to do if you have a problem with your brakes?
Check your owner’s manual if you aren’t sure what kind of brake pads your car uses. Drive around and apply your brakes. The screeching should stop after the pad replacement. If you still notice brake problems, take the car to a mechanic for an inspection.
What kind of service do I get from mTEC?
Just had new MTEC brake discs (drilled and grooved) installed in my 1997 Lexus LS400. Car is braking superbly and they look great as well. Great service from, and communication with, Jo in the MTEC team. If you’re looking for a quality product at a competitive price then definitely recommended.
What should I do if my brake pads are Screeching?
Install new brake pads to stop the screeching. Once you’ve confirmed that the brake pads need replacement, install new pads to fix the problem. Either take the car to a mechanic, or if you know how to, replace the pads yourself. Remember to get pads that fit your vehicle.
