Can a car have an unstable rpm while moving?
Recently the car has some problems with unstable rpm. While stationary, the idling is very stable. However while on the move, the rpm will fluctuate by around 300rpm more and come back down. This process repeats itself despite the accelerator is maintained at the same position. At times when moving off, the rpm will go up but the car does not move.
