pump your brakes up a bunch (dunno like 15 times) and then while holding the pedal down, loosen the bleeder valve bolt a little. Keep doing this until you have a steady stream of fluid squirt out.

Made this a sticky. great video but Ive got a 2004 honda recon and am stuck in the middle of trying to figure out how to separate the brake panel plate from the drum. they came off together when I tried to get the panel plate off. also the brake lever at the panel cover was nearly frozen and I could only move with mallet. thanks

My Foreman 500 has been having an issue of it’s rear brakes sticking almost like they are applied at all times. I will try this video info and see if that is the issue. Sometimes after it has sat for a week or so, you really have to give it the gas to get it rolling. Other times a lite throttle blip will release it.

I also needed to clean out a lot of previous owner mud from the wheel side of the brake panel. The shaft that the brake arm is attached to was also dirty where it passes through the brake backing plate. Once cleaned up and greased, it was much easier.
