How do I turn off the auto lock on my Hyundai Elantra?

I’d say get a voltmeter tested alternator output it should be 14 volts without the lights on down to 12 if they are. If the lternator is putting out the voltage is necessary check yor contacts of your battery post see if they’re corroded they may look clean on top but underneath they still may not be making contact

Is the inhibitor switch on my Hyundai under warranty?
The new Inhibitor Switch part is a slightly different shape from the original. So if your car isn’t under warranty anymore, contact Hyundai & they should supply the part for Free! Otherwise it’s only a $20 part & takes 10 mins to change over. There is 1 good YouTube video of a guy showing it.
