It does have bluetooth, but unfortunately, Lexus has really limited its use. -They do allow you to program one touch dialing into the system, which you can dial while driving; however, for some crazy reason, when you start moving it removes all of the phone numbers from the directory.

How do I connect my Bluetooth to my Lexus RX 330?
