Is the tailgate unlocked on a Mitsubishi Pajero?
Now central locking UNLOCKs all five doors but LOCKs only the four main doors leaving the tailgate unlocked!! It is annoying having to go to the back of the car to manually lock the tailgate everytime I leave the car. The question is: is this a mechanical fault or is it an electrical fault? or is it something else?

Why is my nm’s rear door jam shut?
My NM has had the rear door jam shut due to dust getting into the latch. It is an annoying job removing the plastic panels. Once inside more plastic needs to be cut which allows more dust in.
