Ok that earing shorted out the auxiliary socket which is still causing this draw. Disconnect the auxiliary socket and the draw should go away if it does the socket needs to be replaced. If there is still a draw need to check the ELD unit in the under hood fuse box.Here’s the bulletin I would start here.
