I’VE REPLACE THE 4 ACCUMULATORS, HEIGHT CONTROL PUMP (BELOW THE HYDRAULIC TANK), CHECK ALL 3 SENSORS. BUT TILL TO DATE, AFTER MORE THEN 3 WEEKS, I’M UNABLE TO LOCATE THE FAULTS. WILL APPRECIATE IF ANYONE CAN SHOOT ME THE ANSWER.

If you have any thing outside 0.5v to 4.5v on any of the three sensor your AhC will freeze and you will need to adjust the position of the arm ( assuming from above that your sensors are ok). best method I found to check the sensors is if you have some old toyota wiring harness parts. Remove three male and three female ends from there plugs.
