Why is my Foreman 500 carburetor leaking gas?
So my 2005 foreman 500 is dripping gas from the carb overflow. I have changed the float and the needle valve and cleaned all the jets and seals are good. All the air vents are free. Short of replacing the entire carburetor can anyone reccommend something else to try.

Yep, had to clean/polish mine a couple of times before it stopped. After proper cleaning has been done to the Carb = Take some Mothers aluminum polish and a Q-tip and polish the inside of the Brass sleeve and then very gently with 100% cotton cloth polish the needle. Make sure no debris is stuck to the rubber tip of the needle.
