Why does the fuel filter cut out after 5 seconds?
I’ve just fitted a new fuel filter to a diesel Renault Megane, didn’t prime it properly and it ran for 5 seconds then cut out (presumably once all the fuel in the lines ran out and it hit air). Wouldn’t restart after that. Have you tried changing/disconnecting the MAF?
