Why does my Subaru Forester make a noise when I Turn Left?
OK, about 145,000 miles on the odometer and a noise not unlike the sound heard inside a twin engine prop airplane, but muted, with a pitch that increases with road speed sounds to be coming from the rear end. The sound does not change when turning the vehicle left or right and lately has subsided to a lesser degree.
Why does my Subaru Outback make a noise while driving?
@Fellglenn may want to see if a dealer can help with the diagnosis, since the noise in that car is so obvious. “If you receive a Customer concern of a noise from under the vehicle while driving, there is a possibility that the propeller shaft center support bearing may be a cause.

When did my Subaru Outback start making a humming sound?
I bought new tires for it in May 2012, and in September 2013 I started to notice a low humming/buzzing sound while driving. I looked online and came up with 2 options – either the wheel bearings or the tires.
