Why does my Nissan Wiper not turn on?
The connector on the body side is getting 12 volts when the switch is all the way down on high speed. When the switch is up in off position it is really off. So, I was thinking that the motor is died. So I tested the motor by cutting wires and using them to hard wire them from the battery.

How to check the motor and wiper systems?
If you check the motor out side and works is 1. the switch 2. the amp (green box) or the 2 boxes inside or 3. a broken wire need to check if there is visible wire damage check the harness. Where is the Green Box in the wiper relay?
green box in the engine bay close to your master brake cyln in the wiper relay. Or, I think that is. As for the black or white box. They are near fuse box on the drivers side. You would have to remove the kick panel cover to get to them. They are both held on with screws.
