The fact that you said the vibes started when you lifted the rear pretty much tells you that the angles are too steep for your driveshaft to handle and you need a driveshaft that can tolerate the angles.

I purchased a 2005 JGC Ltd, used about a week ago. Noticed on the drive home after purchase that it vibrated and shook at 70 mph. I assumed it was a balance issue (Original Goodyear Wrangler tires had 15K mi). Balance did not correct the problem, dealer said the tires were the problem.
