Why does my Harley Davidson engine keep cutting out?
Check air filter.You might have a nest in there. That too, from sitting a lot water can condense inside the carb especially if you live in a humid area….the float bowl could be poluted with water buildup….that messes up everything when it comes to running smooth… Thanks Badinfluence…

After waiting say 15 or 20 minutes, it starts fine. It doesnt do this all the time and never when I first start with a cold engine. Only after I have been riding awhile sometimes it will start right away but seems after the 4th or 5th stop nothing, it just cranks like it not getting any gas or not firing.
