Why does my Dyna FXDC bike not start?
Alarm, clutch inhibit & neutral safety all come from the TSSM. The TSSM controls the start relay. 09 Dyna FXDC, got power everywhere. Lights,Horn,Turn`s,Fuel Pump,Dash, Turn the key on, hit the run/stop switch, push the start button and Nothing. Not even a click or a buzz. Bike has been sitting for about 2 weeks.
What does no start, no fuel pump mean?
Not sure if that is the problem though as that fuse may get power after a relay closes? fuse is good. Any other ideas? No start, no spark, no fuel pump. working on my 2008 screaming eagle ultra classic that I just got. Engine is a no start.
What should fuel pressure be when no Buzz?
Fuel pressure is typically in the 35 to 45 psi range. If your Anti-Theft light is flashing; the anti-theft system is disabling the fuel pump to prevent the engine from starting. Bad fuel pump (Pump should run for a few seconds when ignition key is turned to start, no buzz means no fuel delivery to the engine).

Can a fuelpak FP3 flash a different bike?
Yes, once a Fuelpak FP3 has been used to flash a bike it is permanently married to that ECM. You can use the same Fuelpak FP3 on other bikes to read/clear trouble codes and view live sensor data, but will not be able to flash a different bike.

That black wire with the red tracer should be sending 12v to the starter relay. Be sure that this wire is not damaged or pinched anywhere in its travel. This will be more common when wires have been routed through the bars, or switch housings/switches have been changed. Don’t forget to use your multimeter inside the switch housings too.

A draw on the battery of more than 0.02 amps can deplete the battery overnight enough to create a no start problem. To test for a parasitic draw, place your multimeter to the amps setting in series with the battery.
