Why do the lights turn off when the doors are closed?
Only when all doors are closed do the lights turn off when braking. Any clues to what could be causing this? Same problem, now when I try to lock the vehicle I get “beep-beep-beep-beep” on the horn and the interior lights come on. Can’t lock it manually with the key either so switched the interior lights off and leaft the wagon unlocked.

However, a fault in either the electrical or mechanical components can cause the door ajar warning light to remain on when the doors are closed, and possibly cause the interior lights to remain on. Can I drive with the door ajar warning light on?
