The rear windshield wiper does not work. The rear wiper fuse keeps blowing. Volvo back wiper won’t turn on. Lift the plastic cover to expose the 13mm nut that secures the rear wiper arm. Remove the 13mm nut. Pull the wiper arm away from the shaft. Wiggle the wiper arm slightly to get it loose and remove it.

Is the Volvo 240 Turbo a good car?
Volvo 240s and 740s are well known for their reliability and for going many years and miles longer than most other cars. But some of their CRITICAL RELAYS are known for failing sometime after around 10 to 20 years of service. I don’t really think these relays were built poorly.
