How big is the beach at Anse Lazio?
Anse Lazio is a small cove with a 400-metre beach fringed with huge takamaka trees while granite boulders at either end. In my eyes , it has to be among the top 5 beaches in the world . It is easy to get there , and there is even a restaurant right next to the beach .

Anse Lazio is the best beach on Praslin and one of the best anywhere in the world. You would be remiss to visit Praslin and not visit Anse Lazio. The water is a beautiful hue of blue, the granite boulders at either end are picturesque and fun to climb, the sand is powdery and soft, and shade abounds thanks to abundant tree cover.
Are there any obnoxious hotels on Anse Lazio?
There are no obnoxious hotels laying claim to any part of the beach but two restaurants compete for guests. Lazio is slightly inaccessible in that the bus stops a few hundred meters away from the beach, crucially a few hundred meters containing a rather massive hill.
