What is the problem with my wife’s Merc A150?
My wife’s 2006 Merc A150 has developed a gearbox fault. Selecting drive or reverse is not a problem. Put it in drive and pull away it pulls smoothly but will not accelerate past 50mph. Seems like it will not change up. Rapid acceleration has NO kick-down so seems that the box changes only so far then stays in that gear. (limp home?).
