Lift off the engine cover & touch one of the charge coolers, it should be noticeably cooler than the alloy intake tube that runs between the charge coolers, if it’s the same temp or warmer then i’d be looking at the intercooler coolant circuit and the electric pump. But the thermostat should also be on the list.
