I have a 2009 with a 4sp column shift. My shift lever has developed a lot of slop in it. I removed the steering wheel cover and checked the torx screw that connects the shifter to the column hoping that was the cause…it’s NOTt. The play is in the small piece that the shifter lever actually connects to.
