What kind of spark plugs do I need for my Astra?
I always thought NGK were a bit poore quality, unless they have changed and uped their game. I have also found DENSO plugs IK16 has anyone heard of these and what do you think? I always used the GM plugs in my petrol , great value and never missed a beat. I also experimented with fancy, expensive plugs in the past but never noticed a difference. .

As far as I’m aware, NGK are not poor quality, but standard GM plugs are fine. So GM plugs are rebranded Champions? Annoying. Yes. It’s the colour writing on them that’s different.

A google search says GM plugs are made by AC Delco. ArdenVXR………… My signum has an 8 year service life for plugs, how crazy is that. I bought genuine gm ones from saab as it was cheaper then vx, still not that cheap when you need 6 of them.
