What’s the problem with a Heritage Softail classic?
Have been on many long 300 + miles a day on Heritage. It handles well and is fun. The Ultra road sofa, aka: Geezer Glide is awesome 2 up 110 CI cruise set it set back lean on Mama and enjoy. I was 250 while making the longer rides on the Heritage.

Which is the toughest part of a Softail?
If you have the want and potential need, you can also consider heated grips for colder weather riding. They increase the difficulty of install and cost, but are nice in adding to the comfort level. The toughest part is the throttle side, if your Softail has the cable style throttle.
How many miles does a Heritage Softail classic have?
I’ve got a 2007 Heritage purchased roght off the show room floor and have nearly 65,000 miles on it. I ride 2-up most of the time and beleive it rides smoother that way.

What’s the difference between a road King Classic and heritage?
A Road King Classic has a very similar look, but has the touring frame. This gives you greater gross weight capacity and air ride. If you ride 2-up, it may be helpful. But again, the Heritage is VERY capable. I’d start anywhere on mine without thinking twice.
