1. Move tilt wheel all the way down and set the park brake. 2. Move shifter lever all the way to low gear. Gently pull the instrument bezel towards you all the way around GENTLY until it comes free. I had to kind of press down to get the HOOD to clear the top of the dash panel. You’ll see what I mean. Put the truck back into park.
