As exercises, Master the ornaments, the trill, the B major scale and then work out a suitable fingering, I found that was the hardest part, now it feels natural and I can play it all day.

That a minor Waltz is the easiest waltz, really. Maybe try the A Major Prelude first, like Andy suggested. I’d argue the e minor prelude is much harder musically, though it is a very easy piece if you’re just gonna read it.
