What gears should I run with 37s?
Aim for high level green/low level blue will give you best performance. I do not recommend 37s on a D30 front axle. As I posted above, gearing properly in a D30, the gears are small to start with, and get even smaller. For a 35, toss in 4.56 (mostly street and mild Offroad, not towing, not high elevation) or 4.88.

I’d recommend 4.88’s for 37’s on the JK if you are running a manual tranny.
Do you need 4.10 gears for a Rubicon?
I had to order my Rubicon to get 4:10’s and the color, options I wanted. Plenty of autos sitting on lots with 3:73’s, but no 4:10s. It was worth the wait. The gears will be perfect for 35″ tires when I get to that point. I’m not a rock crawler. Rubi hard rock comes with 4.10, if not a HR it would have to be ordered at time of purchase.
