Is the Royal Mail 24 hr service reliable?

Royal Mail 48hr and 24 hr services are like any other, they have their upside and they have their down side, like all other courier services they are what they are, one thing for sure they are reliable, others will argue that point but for me they are ok with hardly any losses so thank you very much I will stick with Royal Mail.
