Well it used to run normal volts but I cant get it started no matter what even with a 300amp jump start.. so is there a solenoid or something between the starter and battery that can go out? I’m not so worried about my battery draining as I am about getting it to turn over again..

It’a a 2003 sportsman 500 h.o. I’v checked the battery while running with multimeter and the voltage doesn’t change. It has a brand new battery, i rode the other day and it cranked fine all day but when i got home i shut it off for about an hour and got back on it and it wouldn’t turn over, charged battery put it back in and it cranked fine.

What to do if your Polaris wont start just clicks?

If no light is on turn the key on and you should see the light come on. You need a charged battery to do this test. You can also do this with a multimeter as well. If you do have a drain start pulling fuses to narrow your search. Hopefully this will help you figure out your issues, good luck!
