Applied 12v to the blue and blue w/ white stripe (positive and negative leads) using my 12v battery from my motorcycle. So with all this, I concluded that the motor is in good working order. And should be getting 12v from when switched forward/back. And should be free and not hang up on anything. So it SHOULD move, BUT it DOES NOT.
