This weekend I will be replacing the Thermostat, thermostat sensor, radiator cap and doing a radiator flush. hopefully this will resolve the over heating issue. I have been noticing my clutch fan as been coming on more often.

Think about it… if the engine is at 210 degrees (or hotter, whatever), both a 180 and 195 degree thermostat will be fully open. There will be NO difference. On a cold day, yes an engine may run cooler with a 180 degree thermostat. Personally i changed mine out to a 180 the first week after i bought the jeep.
