I’m having an issue with my 2019 Silverado. The driver side is stuck on cold. Passenger side controls work flawlessly and will change as quickly as I change the temp. Driver side has zero fluctuation. I’m going to try these steps when I get home.

The passenger side does whatever the HVAC panel tells it to, but yes, when both sides are set to cold, the driver’s side is HOT, the passenger’s side is COLD. Anyone have a write up on this ?

Pull the negative battery cable and re-install, making sure it is very tight (also check the positive to make sure it is tight). See if this fixes the problem.

Clear all DTCs. Place the ignition switch to the OFF position. Install the HVAC actuator. Connect all previously disconnected components. Remove the HVAC B fuse for a minimum of 10 seconds. Install the HVAC B fuse. Start the vehicle. Wait 40 seconds for the HVAC control module to self-calibrate.

Ignition off, pull the HVAC/ECAS fuse for 10 seconds, reinstall and start vehicle without touching any controls, wait 40 seconds for the control module to self calibrate.
